Please do not send special-category or sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely needed for your project.
3. Information collected through this website
This is a primarily static informational website. It has no user accounts or customer login area. The enquiry form opens your own email app, so the information you enter is sent only when you choose to email us.
Our hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address and request logs, where needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
4. Payments and Stripe
Payments are made through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy and security practices. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code. We may receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, date and payer details needed for our records.
5. Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver website projects, take payment, keep business and accounting records, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Our lawful bases
Depending on the situation, we process personal information because it is necessary to take steps towards or perform a contract with you; necessary for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business; necessary to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations; or because you have given consent where consent is required.

- Formspree, which processes website enquiry-form submissions and sends the resulting notification to us;
- Stripe, for payment processing;
- our email, domain, DNS, hosting and technical-infrastructure providers, to operate and secure our services;
- accounting, bookkeeping and professional advisers, where needed for business, legal or tax purposes; and
- authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
8. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, we rely on the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable UK data-protection law.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Enquiries that do not become projects are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Project records, contracts, invoices and payment records may normally be kept for up to six years after the end of the business relationship, where appropriate for accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricting access to information and using reputable service providers. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
