Once the final site is approved and paid for, you receive the website files and plain-English setup instructions. You are not locked into Jahan Studio.
Every website is £800. A £300 deposit secures the work; the remaining balance is paid once you approve the finished site and before handover.

No. You pay for your own domain and hosting directly, so the accounts and payments stay in your name. This gives you full control and means you are never tied to us or a monthly maintenance contract.
You pay £300 to begin. After you see the finished site, your first revision round is included in full: you can ask for as many changes as you want, whether they are small or substantial. Changes requested after that first round are charged hourly, with the cost agreed before we start.
Your included first revision round covers whatever changes you would like to the website you are shown. After that round, further changes—including new content, pages, features or a new direction—are treated as future work and charged hourly.
Yes. Once you approve the final website and the full price has been paid, we hand over the finished files and setup instructions. Your domain and Netlify hosting are paid for and owned by you.
No. We provide simple step-by-step instructions. It is only the account used to put your website online; you will not need to understand code to own it.
We do not offer maintenance retainers. If you need a future change—such as a new phone number, location, wording or another manageable update—email us and we can help at an hourly rate.
Future work is charged hourly. We explain the cost before starting any change, so you can decide whether you would like to go ahead.
Payments use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your card details under its own security and privacy practices; we do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
